Haima Family
Those of you who know me, and/or read this blog, know of the departure of my freind Brian Haima. Brian was taken home on January 21st, and unfortunately had no life insurance. As his young widow Mendy, and his two young sons, Brian and Alex, attempt to build a life without their husband and father, they are going to need help. I can suggest at least two ways you can.
First of all prayers. We know that our heavenly Father hears our prayers, and attends to the desires of people who love Him. As we pray for soul of our departed brother as our gift of love, let us not forget to hold up Mendy and the boys, in the weeks and months and years to come. I truly believe that God can, and will transform this tragedy into a triumph, as He has done with His own death on the cross. . . But our prayers and love are to be an integral part of that.
Finally, we can help with the financial need. On the website of Brian's ministry, "Real Teens Inc.," there is a place where you can submit your information to make a one time gift, or be a part of some on-going financial assistance to the family. CLICK HERE: realteensinc.com You can alos leave words of support and encouragement on the "Guest book."
Also for those in Western New York, or wiling to travel: there will be a benefit dinner and fundraiser for the Haimas, at the Full Gospel Tabernacle in Orchard Park, NY on Wednesday evening, March 30th.
My thanks to all of you who have been praying for Brian and family all these months, and ask that God would increase our love for each other.
